Privacy Policy

How Hermes Sweethome handles information when its owner uses the service.

Google account access

Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets access is available only after the owner grants OAuth consent. The service uses this access to carry out tasks the owner requests on content the owner selects or authorizes. It does not request Gmail or Calendar access. No public file access or visitor login is provided.

Storage and processing

OAuth tokens are stored on systems controlled by the operator. Documents and their contents may be processed and retained in the configured agent and model services as needed to perform requested tasks. Retention periods and provider policies depend on the operator's configuration and the services used.

Google user data limits

As an operator use policy, Google API data obtained through this service must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. The service is intended for the owner's personal use.

Google API data use is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and contact

The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account third-party connections. For privacy questions, contact bhargav.chinta.work@gmail.com.
